ZigBee Thermostats for European Boilers and Fan-Coil Systems
Short answer: Use the OWON PCT512-Z with its relay receiver to control heating and domestic hot water for 230 V combi, dry contact combi, system and heat-only boilers, and the PCT504 for two-pipe or four-pipe fan-coil units. Both join a ZigBee gateway.

Wireless or wired installation (PCT512-Z)
The PCT512-Z can be installed wirelessly, with the thermostat powered by its adapter and the receiver mounted near the boiler, or by wire, using existing wall wiring. Keep the receiver at least 30 cm away from metal objects such as wiring, pipes and the boiler.
Gateway requirement
Both thermostats join a ZigBee network through a gateway. See the gateway selection guide to choose between the SEG-X3, SEG-X5 and SEG-X6.
