Tuya and Smart Life Integration for OWON Meters and Thermostats

Which OWON devices work with Tuya?
The OWON PC4713 Tuya Series, PC473, PC321, PC341, PC311 and PC472 energy meters and the PCT513-TY and PCT533-W-TY thermostats are described as Tuya compliant or Tuya Wi-Fi devices.
How do I add a PC4713 Tuya Series meter?
- Download the Smart Life app.
- Method 1: open the app, tap Scan in the upper right corner of the home page and scan the QR code that matches your model.
- Method 2: turn on Bluetooth, open the app, tap Add Device and select the device it finds.
- For Wi-Fi, enter the Wi-Fi name and password. Make sure the Wi-Fi is 2.4 GHz. For Ethernet, plug in an Ethernet cable that can reach the internet.
- If no device is detected, press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds until the Net LED blinks slowly, then try again.
What do the Net LED states mean?
